Delete your account
You can delete your Adoptly account at any time, from inside the app.
How to do it
- Open Adoptly and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. We remove your account and the things listed below.
What is removed
- Your profile: name, photo and phone number on it.
- All your listings, with their photos and videos.
- Your comments, likes, favourites and notifications.
- Your blocks and the registration of your phone for push notifications.
What may remain
Reports about your content, and the notes moderators made about them, may be kept for safety and legal reasons. The phone number you signed in with stays in our sign-in system with no profile attached, so you can sign up again later. If you want that record erased too, write to us.
Cannot open the app?
Write to us from the address you used with us, tell us the phone number of the account, and we will help you delete it.
